Refund Policy

You may request a full refund before CAA passport verification or other individualized service work begins.

If CAA verification has been completed but the application materials have not been mailed to the IRS, the verification work is considered delivered. The Standard package is eligible for a 50% refund at this stage.

Any Priority-package refund is calculated according to the work already delivered, including expedited preparation, verification, consultation, or dedicated support.

Once application materials have been mailed to the IRS, the service is considered delivered and no refund is issued, except where required by law or where the Priority application fails because of an error by itreatly LLC.

For a correctable W-7 information or supporting-document issue covered by the purchased package, we will help correct and resubmit the application without an additional service fee. Standard coverage runs for 45 days from the rejection. Priority resubmission support continues until the ITIN is issued or the IRS provides a final determination, subject to the package terms.

Government decisions, processing delays, changes in eligibility, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer do not by themselves create a right to a refund.

Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times may vary.

Email support@itreatly.com from the email used at Checkout. Include the order date and a short explanation, but do not email passport images or tax identification numbers.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
